Find out what you already know about AI, before you choose a course

The level assessment asks you 12–15 questions from the lessons of a career path, IT or Business, and shows you on the spot where you stand: your overall score, your level and your score on every course of the path. It costs nothing: you create an account, with no payment details, and start right away.

  • No payment details
  • 12–15 questions, about 5 minutes
  • There is no “fail”

Your overall score and level

The share of correct answers across the whole assessment and the level it places you at. The same thresholds apply to every course of the path.

Assessed paths: AI Engineering (IT) and AI for Management & Business (Business).

  • It is not an exam There is no pass mark. The result shows you where you start, so you know which course to begin with.
  • Questions from the lessons, not made up by AI They are picked from the quizzes of the path’s courses, the same ones you find in the lessons.
  • The report stays yours It stays in your account, it is not public and it does not reach your employer. You compare it later with the re-assessment.

From account to report, in four steps

  1. Create an account

With email and password or with Google, Facebook or LinkedIn. No payment details, no subscription.

  2. Choose the path: IT or Business

The assessment runs on a career path. From an account without a subscription you can take both, once each.

  3. Answer 12–15 questions

One per screen, with no timer and with the options shuffled. You pick with the mouse or the A–D keys; you cannot go back to a question you have answered.

  4. Get the report on the spot

Your overall score, your level and your score on every course of the path, plus the courses where you gain the most.

A skills profile, not just a score

A skill is one course of the path. For each one, the report shows your share of correct answers and your level.

Your overall score and level

The share of correct answers across the whole assessment: under 40% Beginner, from 40% to 70% Intermediate, over 70% Advanced.

Your score on every course

The courses of the path, grouped by stage, with your score on each. You see at a glance what you already master.

With one or two questions per course, the score on a skill is a pointer to where to start, not a grade.

Where you gain the most

The courses with the lowest score, in the order worth working on. That is where you start, if you choose to continue.

Below the report you also see the offer, in plain view: the course with the lowest score on its own, or a subscription in which you pick the path’s courses. You are not obliged to anything.

Two career paths, one skill per course

The questions come from the courses of the path you choose, at least one from each. The numbers are the ones in the report.

Specializations (the short paths, on a single domain) do not have their own assessment: for those you start from the level shown next to each course.

The same benchmark, at the start and at the end

Your initial assessment stays in your account. If you follow the path, a re-assessment shows how far you have come, on every skill.

  1. Now · costs nothing

    The initial assessment

12–15 questions, the report on the spot. Once per path: it is your starting point.

  2. With a subscription

    You follow the path

The lessons, the quizzes and the AI Professor. You start with the courses where the report shows you have the most to gain.

  3. At 80% of the path

    The re-assessment

Different questions from the ones at the start, from the same courses. For every skill you see where you started and where you are now.

Paths are not sold separately: you pick the courses of a path in your subscription, from €99 per month, and with the full catalog (€499 per month) you have every path, VAT included. You pick them and change them at every renewal. See the subscriptions.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about the level assessment

Does the level assessment cost anything?

No. The initial assessment and its report cost nothing: you create an account, with no payment details, and take it from your account, without a subscription and with no obligation to pay. The Terms & Conditions say the same.

The courses of the path and the re-assessment at the end are part of the subscription: the re-assessment opens once you have completed 80% of the path, with a subscription that includes its courses (for example the plan the path fits in, or the full catalog).

How many questions are there and how long does it take?

Between 12 and 15 questions, one per screen, with no timer: about 5 minutes. You pick an answer with the mouse or with the A–D keys and confirm; you cannot go back to a question you have already answered.

If you close the page halfway through, the assessment waits for you in your account, with the same questions.

Where do the questions come from? Does an AI make them up?

No. The questions are not generated on the spot: they are picked at random from the quizzes in the lessons, across all the courses of the path, at least one from each course. They are multiple-choice and true/false questions only, marked automatically, and the answer options appear shuffled.

What do Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced mean?

They are thresholds on the share of correct answers: under 40% means Beginner, from 40% to 70% Intermediate, over 70% Advanced. The same thresholds apply to your overall score and to every skill in the report.

A skill is one course of the path. Each course gets one or two questions in the assessment, so the score on a skill tells you where to start; it is not a grade and not a qualification.

Which path should I choose?

The assessment exists on the two career paths:

  • AI Engineering (IT), written for developers, software engineers, architects, CTOs;
  • AI for Management & Business (Business), written for managers, directors, entrepreneurs, team leads.

From an account without a subscription you can take both. Specializations do not have their own assessment: for those you start from the level shown next to each course and from the preview of its first lesson.

Can I take the assessment more than once?

The initial assessment is taken once per path: it is your starting point, the one your re-assessment is compared with later.

The re-assessment opens once you have completed 80% of the path and uses different questions from the ones you got at the start. Its report shows, for every skill, where you started and where you are now.

Who sees my result?

The report stays in your account and you can open it at any time from the app. It is not public, it does not reach your employer if you have a seat through your company and it does not appear on the Certificate of Completion. It is included in the export of your account data and is deleted together with your account.
