AI course pricing: pay only for the courses you want

You choose how many courses you study each month. Every price is a total, in EUR, with VAT included; you pay monthly or yearly (pay for 10 months, get 12):

• 1 course — €99 a month
• 3 courses — €199 a month, under €67 per course
• 5 courses — €259 a month, under €52 per course
• 10 courses — €319 a month, under €32 per course (recommended)
• 15 courses — €359 a month, under €24 per course
• 25 courses — €399 a month, under €16 per course
• Full catalog — €499 a month, every course, new ones included, nothing to pick

For that you get, in every course you pick, about 25 hours of structured content, assessment quizzes at the end of lessons, the built-in AI Professor, which answers questions on the course material, and the Certificate of Completion. The full catalog opens all 50 courses, new ones included, with nothing to pick.

Before you pay, you can read a preview of the first lesson of any course, without an account.

• You pay first, then you pick. You choose only the number of courses and pay. The course you came from is already selected; you fill the other places whenever you like, from the whole catalog, IT and Business alike.
• The month starts on your billing date, not on the 1st.
• Empty places can be filled at any time. A course you picked stays until the end of the month, started or not: it cannot be removed or swapped during the current month. You change your courses for next month.
• Next month: in your account, on “Your courses this month”, you can pick next month’s courses ahead of time; the app shows you when the new cycle is near. If you pick nothing, you keep the same courses: you never lose access over a forgotten choice.
• At the start of the new month you have the courses of that month. Progress, quiz results and certificates stay in your account; when you come back to a course, you continue where you left off.

With the full catalog there is nothing to choose: you have every published course in your account’s language.

Yes. A learning path is taken on the plan that fits its courses, at that plan’s price: the path’s courses are picked for you from the first month, in order, and you pick the remaining places. Then it works like any plan: at renewal you keep the same courses or pick others.

Subscriptions in the international catalog are billed in EUR, monthly or yearly: 1 course €99, 3 courses €199, 5 courses €259, 10 courses €319, 15 courses €359, 25 courses €399 and Full catalog €499. Every price is a total, with VAT included at the rate of your country.

Yearly, you pay for 10 months and get 12. The payment is yearly, but picking courses stays monthly: every month, on the day your subscription started, you can pick other courses.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period paid for, until you stop the renewal from your account, where the next renewal date is shown at all times.

Yes. You can move up to more courses at any time: you pay only the difference for the days left in the month, and the new places open immediately. You move down at renewal: the first courses you picked stay, in the order you picked them, up to the new number, unless you choose otherwise.

If something does not go through from your account, write to us and we change the subscription for you. Stopping the renewal is always available from your account, under “Manage subscription”.

You pay through Stripe by card (Visa, Mastercard, debit or credit cards). On compatible devices, the Stripe payment page may also show digital wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card details are handled exclusively by Stripe — they never reach our servers.

Cursuri AI gives immediate access to digital content. With each order you expressly ask for the supply to begin immediately (the checkbox on the payment page, confirmed afterwards by email), so, from the moment of payment, we do not grant refunds for withdrawal or change of mind — the exception in Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed in Romania by OUG 34/2014. Read the preview of the first lesson before you pay.

We refund, as required by law, in the following cases:

• Unremedied lack of conformity — a course or the platform does not match the description on the course page (missing lessons, features that do not work, the platform or the AI Professor completely unavailable for reasons attributable to us for more than 24 consecutive hours) and we do not remedy it within 15 days of your report: we reduce the price proportionately for the affected period, or you end the contract and we refund the amount for the period that was not in conformity (the statutory conformity rules for digital content, OUG 141/2021).
• Billing error or double charge — we refund in full the amount unduly charged.
• Change with a negative impact on your access (for example, a course withdrawn from the catalog without an equivalent) — you can end the contract within 30 days, with a proportionate refund for the remaining period.
• Valid withdrawal — if, for an order, the express consent was not given or you did not receive the confirmation by email, you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason, with a full refund.

Refunds are made within 14 days at most, to the same payment method, without fees. Write to us at contact@cursuri-ai.ro with your account email address and a description of the situation. Full details in the Terms & Conditions, sections 6 and 9.

You can unsubscribe at any time, at no cost, from your account, on the Profile page (it opens the Stripe billing portal), or by email at contact@cursuri-ai.ro. Unsubscribing stops the automatic renewal: you keep full access until the end of the period already paid for, nothing more is charged, and no pro-rata refund is made for the period in progress, except in the legal refund cases (Terms & Conditions, section 6.4). After the period ends:

• You lose access to the courses of that month and their lessons
• Your progress and data stay saved — if you reactivate later, you continue exactly where you left off

You can reactivate your subscription at any time from your account.

Companies buy one subscription for the whole team:

• The team library — 3, 5, 10, 15 or 25 courses a month, or the full catalog; the administrator picks the courses every month, and every active member can take them
• Any number of members from 5 — the price per member goes down from 10, 25 and 50 members; over 100 members we prepare a quote
• Management dashboard — members and invitations, departments, mandatory courses with deadlines, progress reports
• Company invoice — you enter the company’s billing details at purchase; prices are per member per month, billed in EUR, + VAT

Yes. Every price shown to individuals is a total, with VAT included. The rate depends on the country you buy from, is calculated automatically at checkout and is shown separately on your invoice.

Prices in the section for companies are shown excl. VAT, because they are invoiced to the company: VAT is added at invoicing.

Yes. For company subscriptions you enter the company name, VAT / Tax ID, company registration number and registered office address at purchase, and the invoice is issued to the company. On an individual subscription, the Stripe payment page lets you add your company’s VAT ID. How invoices are issued is described in section 5.3 of the Terms & Conditions.
